Succulent local chicken is braised with celery, carrots, onions, garlic, cremini mushrooms, smoked bacon, and thyme to form the hearty filling which is wrapped up in a flaky butter crust. Nourishing, cozy, and easy-peasy—just pop it in the oven to warm and dinner is DONE! Serves 4.
Tender, sweet pears are paired with fresh, tart cranberries and a large pinch of fresh ginger in an all-butter crust and topped with a warmly spiced crumble.Both fresh and cozy, this pie gives all the cold weather feels:)
