With Chef Antonio Mora’s guidance, we’re making these savory dinner pies in the new shop! Succulent local chicken is braised with celery, carrots, onions, garlic, cremini mushrooms, smoked bacon, and thyme to form the hearty filling which is wrapped up in a flaky butter crust. Nourishing, cozy, and easy-peasy—just pop it in the oven to warm and dinner is DONE! Serves 4.
This pie really scratches every itch for me: cold, creamy, sweet, salty, gooey! Salted shortbread crust, a hidden layer of homemade caramel, rich coconut custard made with local dairy and eggs, and a drizzle of caramel on top…..come! and! get it!
Classic, creamy pumpkin custard made with local eggs and dairy (that sour cream adds a touch of tangy richness), plus lots of warming spices and molasses in an all-butter crust.
