Succulent New York State sour cherries tossed in a touch of sugar, nestled in an all-butter crust, and topped with a chunky almond crumble. Something about that tannic tartness is perfectly balanced out by the nutty sweetness in this combo. TIs the season for sour cherries, and we are leaning in hard over here!

Whipped, rich peanut butter filling made with local cream and mounded in a thick, crunchy chocolate shortbread crust and finished with a big drizzle of ganache. Just like the old days! I have a very hard time stopping with this pie.

  • Pre-order your pies online for pick-up at the new shop in Delancey on fridays and saturdays

  • EVERY WEEK, pies will be available at:

    • The delhi farmers market wednesdays 10-2,

    • montgomery place orchards on fridays 12-3,

    • all area retailers (GOOD GROCER, KITCHEN CHEETAH, MORNINGS CAFE, GOOD CHEAP FOOD, HAMDEN GENERAL, MAIN ST. FARM)
